West Munster League Under 14 Semi Final
Abbeyfeale 22      Charleville 22  Abbeyfeale and Charleville met in a highly charged league semi- final at the grove on Sat.Both sides rose to the occassion putting on a fine display of open rugby. from the whistle every ball was contested and the bigger Charleville  pack did not deter the Abbey front five .Abbeyfeale were enconsed in the Charleville 22 for the opening 10 min and eventually a fast ball from a ruck gave outhalf Tim Tobin the opportunity to side step two defenders and touch down for the first try,shortly after centre P J Reynolds ran 35 yards for a super try this was duly converted,in fairness to Charleville they defended with gusto with their no 8 having a fine game,just before have time Abbey got their third try fron scrum half Chris Smith after some outstanding supportive play from the Abbey no 8 who played his heart out. Charleville responded with a try in the top corner.
