Achievements
During it’s 47 years of existance, the club as a whole has achieved tremendous success both on and off the playing field, a testament to the many members and leaders of the club, who made it possible.
The development of a clubhouse back in 1966 was seen as a gamble by many, but others reveled at the sight of it and the other extensions showed that this was a club progressing onwards.
On the field, success proved tricky at first, but under inspirational captains such as Bernard Broderick,Cyril McMahon,Bill Stack and Batsy Maher, the club continued to move up the ranks and surpassed all expectations by winning various trophies.
