Happy Father’s Day to all our rugby dads, grandads, coaches and guardians! We’d like to thank every dad who has made the time to drop kids to training, help out with coaching and keep our club running in bad times and good. 🖤💛
Last week marked the end of our Give It A Try programme. The five week long initiative was a great success for the club. We were delighted to have a mixture of girls with rugby experience and girls that are new to the game join us. It was a great opportunity for these girls to gain some more experience, make new friends, and kick off the summer. We would also like to thank all the coaches and parents that helped out to make the programme the success it was! 🏉🏆 #girlsrugby #CantSeeCantBe #IRFU
We hosted our Abbeyfeale RFC End of Season Schools Blitz at the Grove today, and it was a fantastic day of fun and rugby. We were thrilled to welcome students from 10 local schools who showcased their skills and enthusiasm for minis rugby.
A huge thanks goes to our dedicated coaches and volunteers whose hard work ensured the pitches and clubhouse were ready and that the event ran smoothly from start to finish.
We’re also very grateful to Twohigs SuperValu Abbeyfeale for their continued support and generous sponsorship of the day’s food, and to Britvic for providing drinks for all the children.
